Try the classiest Physalis Mead cocktail out there!

This bright orange honey wine cocktail is classy, yet very simple to make!

Physalis berries sure know how to pose for the camera! 📸 So much so that their taste and nutritional value often stay in the shade of their looks. This cocktail gives them the chance to shine in all their orange color and show off their fresh and slightly sweet taste.

Freshly squeezed juice usually adds character to any cocktail … and some vitamins as well. You will be surprised by how good the fusion of the physalis berries with honey wine tastes. They don’t just fit together well, they truly elevate each other. ⁣ 

All you need is:

• 6 cl of semi-sweet mead⁣, we used the one from Meadery Jere
• 3 cl mandarin juice ⁣⁣ 
• 2 cl physalis juice⁣⁣ 
• 1 cl lime juice⁣⁣ 

Step 1: Add everything to a cocktail mixer

Step 2: Shake it with ice

Step 3: Strain⁣, pour into a glass, and enjoy!
