Hrustljava, barvita, sadna, okusna, osve\u017eilna, zdrava, nasitna, .... ja, ta solata je vse to!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solate so hitro in lahko kosilo. To pa \u0161e ne pomeni, da ne morejo biti hkrati nasitne in okusne. Naj vam bo ta recept v navdih za pripravo \u0161e drugih drznih solat. Samo sledite temu preprostem pravilu: ve\u010d barv, tem bolje!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kot lahko vidite na fotografiji, osnovo te solate sestavlja rukola in mlada rde\u010da blitva. Dodatki so kozji sir, maline, pinjole in vrtna kre\u0161a. Za doma\u010d preliv, nekaj malin preprosto \"spe\u0161tate\" in pome\u0161ate z belim balzami\u010dnim kisom, oljem, soljo in sredozemskimi zeli\u0161\u010di. Dve stvari, zaradi katerih je ta solata \u0161e posebej okusna, sta doma\u010d preliv in rahlo pra\u017een kozji sir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sladke maline so odli\u010den kontrast grenkobi rukole in mlade rde\u010de blitve. Pinjole in pra\u017eeni kozji sir dodajo ore\u0161\u010dkast okus. Nazadnje, beli balzami\u010dni kisni preliv zagotavlja kislost za sve\u017e pookus.
