Korak: preliv \"Hugo\"<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>V me\u0161alnik dodamo vse sestavine (jogurt, olivno olje, limonin sok + lupinico, \u010debulo in bezgov sirup). Na za\u010detku uporabimo le polovico limoninega soka ter sirupa. Poizkusimo in dodamo ostalo po okusu. Solimo po potrebi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Korak: Ocvrta baby mozzarella<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>V majhnem, visokem loncu segrejemo rastlinsko olje na pribli\u017eno 160\u00b0C.  Pripravimo tri globoke kro\u017enike, enega z moko, drugega z jajcem in tretjega z drobtinami. Jajcu dodamo nekaj soli in bazilike. Krogljice mini mozzarelle potopite najprej v moko, nato v jajce in nazadnje drobtine. Mozzarella ne sme priti v stik z vro\u010dim oljem, saj lahko po\u010di. Prepri\u010dajte, da je dobro pokrita s panado. Ponavadi postopek paniranja ponovimo dvakrat zapored. \u0160ele ko so mini kroglice popolnoma prekrite, jih potopimo v olje. V naslednjih 5-10 sekundah bodo dobile zlato barvo. Takoj jih vzememo iz olja ter polo\u017eimo na papirnato brisa\u010do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Korak: Dekoracija<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Na kro\u017enik polo\u017eimo tanke rezine paradi\u017enika. Zagrabimo pest zelene solate in jih prime\u0161amo prelivu. Preostanek preliva postavimo v hladilnik. Solati dodamo ocvrte, vro\u010de kroglice mozzarelle ter jed prelijemo z balzami\u010dnim prelivom.
