Obi\u010dajno se pije s pivom, vendar se rahla sladkost medenega vina zelo dobro prile\u017ee k bolj mastenmu kosu mesa. La\u010deni? Korak: Svinjina in zelenjava<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u010dico segrejemo na 250\u00b0C. Zelenjavo in \u0161alotko nasekljamo na kocke velikosti 2\u00d72 cm. Meso in sesekljano zelenjavo damo v peka\u010d. Za\u010dinimo s soljo, poprom, \u017elico kuminih semen in nekaj vejic ro\u017emarina ter timijana. Dodamo tri \u017elice olja in ga vmasiramo v zelenjavo in meso. Ko pe\u010dica dose\u017ee 250\u00b0C, peka\u010d za 10 minut postavimo v pe\u010dico. Po 10 minutah zni\u017eamo temperaturo na 160\u00b0C in pe\u010demo 2 uri. Med pe\u010denjem zelenjavo me\u0161amo vsakih 15 minut, hkrati pa kra\u010do prelivamo z malo piva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Testo za kruhove cmoke<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Preste ali kruhove rezine zdrobimo v skledo. Drobno sesekljano \u0161alotko pra\u017eimo na stopljenem maslu. Ko je zlato obarvana, dodamo mleko in pustimo, da se segreje. Ko\u0161\u010dke preste prelijemo s toplim mlekom in z rokami zgnetemo v testo. Po okusu dodamo sol in poper ter pustimo, da se ohladi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Korak: Kuhanje cmokov<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Lonec s slano vodo zavremo. Zmesi za cmoke, ohlajeni na sobno temperaturo, dodamo dve jajci. Testo mora biti mehko in lepljivo. \u010ce \u017eelite preveriti, ali je testo tak\u0161no, kot mora biti, ga poskusite z rokami zviti v poljubno obliko, da vidite ali ostane skupaj. Vedno priporo\u010damo testno kuhanje enega cmoka. \u010ce je tasto preve\u010d mokro, lahko za kompaktnost vedno dodate kruhove drobtine. Cmoke kuhamo 8 minut v slani, vreli vodi. \u010ce jih ne postre\u017eemo takoj, naj po\u010divajo v vodi, da se ne izsu\u0161ijo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Korak: Hrustljava skorjica in okusna omaka<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko je svinjsko meso v pe\u010dici 2 uri, temperaturo dvignemo na 230\u00b0C. \u010ce ima va\u0161a pe\u010dica funkcijo \u017eara, jo vklopite, saj bo toplota pomagala ustvariti hrustljavo skorjo. Skorja se bo za\u010dela pojavljati v naslednjih minutah. Tem bolj hrustljavo, tem bolje, samo pazite, da se ne za\u017ege. Po 5-10 minutah bi skorja morala biti hrustljava. Meso preprosto vzememo iz pe\u010dice in v drugo posodico prelijemo odve\u010dni sok, ki se je zbral na dnu peka\u010da. Po okusu mu dodamo med in po potrebi zgostimo s koruznim \u0161krobom. (Poskrbite, da koruzni \u0161krob razred\u010dite v dveh \u017elicah hladne vode, preden ga dodate v omako.) Ko ga prelijemo v omako, nenehno me\u0161amo. Ko omako ponovno zavremo, se bo za\u010dela zgo\u0161\u010devati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lecker! (Pomeni okusno v nem\u0161\u010dini.)
