Ta gamsov file v prekajeni \u0161unki na pireju iz zelene je edinstvena jed, s katero lahko presenetite svoje goste. \u0160e nikoli niste jedli gamsa, postre\u017eenega z medenim vinom? Brez skrbi, z na\u0161imi nasveti in triki bo priprava te ve\u010derje \u010disto preprosta! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za to jed ne potrebujete veliko sestavin:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sestavine za 2 osebi: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>10 rezin dimljene \u0161unke<\/li><li>2 fileja gamsa <\/li><li>1\/2 srednje velike zelene<\/li><li>1\/2 velike \u010debule<\/li><li>30g masla<\/li><li>20 lisi\u010dk <\/li><li>20 brusnic<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u010dimbe:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sol<\/li><li>Poper<\/li><li>Mu\u0161katni ore\u0161\u010dek<\/li><li>Ro\u017emarin<\/li><li>Timijan<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>~Postre\u017eeno s kozarcem suhega medenega vina~ <a href=\"https:\/\/jere-eu.com\/sl\/izdelek\/dry-mead-05l\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jere<\/a>.~<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce ste kdaj prej pripravili divja\u010dino in omako zamznili, jo lahko uporabite pri tej jedi. Korak:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Zeleno olupimo in nare\u017eemo na kocke, \u010debulo pa nasekljamo. Stopimo 10 g masla, \u010debulo rahlo du\u0161imo 5 minut in jo nato odstavimo. V lonec dodajmo hladno vodo, ko\u0161\u010dke zelene in \u017eli\u010dko soli. Kuhamo jo 20 minut ali dokler ne postane mehka. Pripravimo za\u010dimbe, operemo ter o\u010distimo lisi\u010dke.<em>\u00e9<\/em> the onion lightly for 5 minutes, and then set it aside. Add cold water, celery chunks, and a teaspoon of salt to a pot. Cook for 20 minutes or until tender. Prepare the spices, wash and clean the chanterelles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Korak: <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Segrejemo ponev z nekaj olja in pope\u010demo gamsova fileja 5 sekund z vseh strani. \u017delimo, da fileji dobijo barvo, preden jih zavijemo v \u0161unko. Ko kon\u010damo, jih posolimo in popopramo z vseh strani. Pe\u010dico segrejemo na 200 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Korak: <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Zeleno odcedimo in zme\u0161amo z 20 g masla, prepra\u017eeno \u010debulo, nekaj mu\u0161katnega ore\u0161\u010dka, soli in popra. Zelena je izredno zdrava in poceni zelenjava, z nizko vsebnostjo \u0161kroba, zato je iz nje zelo enostavno narediti pire. Pogrejte divja\u010dinsko omako in ji dodajte okoli 20 brusnic.<em>\u00e9<\/em>ted onion, some nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Celery root is healthy, inexpensive, and low in starch, so it&#8217;s very easy to make a puree out of it. Heath up the game sauce and add ca. 20 cranberries to it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Korak: <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Na rezalno desko polo\u017eimo 5 rezin prekajene \u0161unke tako, da vsaka nova rezina za pol centimetra prekriva prej\u0161njo. File polo\u017eimona dno te \u0161unkine posteljice in ga za\u010dnimo zvijati v notranjost. To ponovimo za vsak file. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Korak: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zavit file na ponvi pope\u010demo skupaj z vejico ro\u017emarina in timijana. To traja priblji\u017eno 5 min, seveda ga obra\u010damo na vse strani. Na koncu ga za 2 minuti postavimo v vro\u010do pe\u010dico, kar direktno na  mre\u017eo pe\u010dice. V tem \u010dasu spe\u010demo lisi\u010dke z nekaj olja in soli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Korak:<\/strong> <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Kro\u017enik lepo dekoriramo in za okras dodamo nekaj ro\u017emarina in timijana. Zdaj si lahko nato\u010dite lepo ohlajen kozarec suhega medenega vina!
