Korak:<\/strong> Cel kos svinjine za eno minuto potopimo v vrelo vodo. Ta postopek ko\u017eo zmeh\u010da, da jo la\u017eje nare\u017eemo na 4 cm velike ko\u0161\u010dke. Tako lahko marinada pride globlje v meso, in mu da bolj\u0161i okus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Korak: <\/strong>V skledo vlijemo sojino omako in med. Dodamo dve sesekljani pomladanski \u010debuli, \u0161alotko, polovico \u010dilija in strt \u010desen. Za\u010dinimo s \u0161\u010depcem soli in popra ter petimi vejicami sve\u017eega koriandra. V marinado dodamo kocke svinjine in jo mariniramo vsaj dve uri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Korak:<\/strong> Olupimo in nasekljamo zelenjavo ter ostanke \u0161alotke in dve spomladanski \u010debuli. Namesto da lupine zavr\u017eemo, jih polo\u017eimo v srednje velik lonec. Dodamo toliko vode, da le ta pokrije vse zelenjavne olupke in jo zavremo. Nad to posodo polo\u017eimo parno stojalo ali cedilo v katerega damo marinirano svinjino (Marinade ne zavr\u017eemo)! Para iz ju\u0161ne osnove bo po\u010dasi kuhala marinirano svinjino. Parimo 60 minut ali dokler svinjina ne postane povsem mehka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Korak:<\/strong> Marinado precedimo in jo segrejemo. \u017dlico koruznega \u0161kroba raztopimo v dveh \u017elicah hladne vode. Med stalnim me\u0161anjem ga dodamo v marinado, ki jo po\u010dasi zavremo. Iz marinade je tako nastala okusna omaka!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Korak<\/strong>Pripravimo posodo z vro\u010dim rastlinskim oljem. Poparjeno meso najprej potopimo v omako in nato v olje. \u017delimo, da voda v svinjski ko\u017ei po\u010di, zato, da ko\u017eica postane hrustljava. Prepri\u010dajte se, da ste na varni razdalji. Po minuti ali dveh meso odstranimo iz olja in ga prelijte z omako. Medtem v voku prepra\u017eite zelenjavo.
