Pozabi na paradi\u017enikov pesto (vsaj za tale recept;) in zavihaj rokave.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ingredients-for-2-portions\">Sestavine za 2 osebi:<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 (250g) paket <a href=\"https:\/\/batasta.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">testenin Batasta<\/a>ali testenin po izbiri<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Kremna omaka iz sladkege krompirja:<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 srednje velik sladki krompir<\/li><li>200g cveta\u010de (bele ali vijoli\u010dne)<\/li><li>1 strok \u010desna<\/li><li>40g sira cheddar<\/li><li>10cl smetane za kuhanje<\/li><li>sol, poper, dimljena paprika, (\u010dili, limona)<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Dodatki:<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 rezine slanine<\/li><li>\u017elica cvetli\u010dnega medu<\/li><li>20g feta sira<\/li><li>1 spomladanska \u010debula<\/li><\/ul><p>In seveda: <a href=\"https:\/\/jere-eu.com\/sl\/izdelek\/suho-medeno-vino-05l\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">suho medeno vino Jere<\/a><\/p><div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jere-eu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ingredients-batasta-web-e1644777459119.jpg\" alt=\"Testenine Batasta medeno vino Jere\" class=\"wp-image-21495\" width=\"576\" height=\"576\"\/><\/figure><\/div><h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-3-step-process\">Postopek po korakih:<\/h6><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Olupimo in na kocke nare\u017eemo sladki krompir in cveta\u010do. Kocke damo v lonec, in dodamo samo toliko vode, da pokrijemo krompir. Kuhamo skupaj s \u010desnom do mehkega in nato skupaj s teko\u010dino pretla\u010dimo v svilnato gladek pire. Dodamo smetano za kuhanje, cheddar, radodarno koli\u010dino soli (da omaka ne bo presladka), poper, sladko dimjeno papriko in \u010dili. Kuhamo \u0161e priblji\u017eno 10min na nizki temperaturi, da se zgosti.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Medtem prepra\u017eimo rezine slanine. Ko so hrustljavo zape\u010dene, jih poli\u017eimo na papirnato brisa\u010do in jih s \u010dopi\u010dem za peko prekrijtmo z medom. Testenine Batasta kuhamo v slani vodi 2-3 minute. <\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Krompirjeve testenine prelijemo s kremno omako in ne\u017eno preme\u0161amo.
