These sweet potato patties are crispy on the outside and incredibly soft and flavourful on the inside. Serve them with a dip & a glass of mead and voil\u00e0, dinner is served! Here is what you will need: <\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>
Ingredients for 10-12 large patties<\/h5>\n\n
2 cups of sweet potato puree<\/li>
1.3 cups of oat flour (can be made at home by bleding oats) <\/li>
1\/2 cup of broccoli <\/li>
one half of a red onion<\/li>
2 spring onions <\/li>
2 eggs <\/li>
a 100g block of gouda cheese <\/li>
smoked paprika, salt, pepper<\/li><\/ul>\n\n
Optional toppings: soft cheese, Sriracha & spring onion<\/p>\n\n
